The studio describes its goal as helping people age well rather than reversing aging entirely, with a focus on skin health and on softening fine lines, sun damage, loose skin and scarring. It presents Gua Sha, LED light and microchanneling as options people may consider alongside or instead of injectables, noting that they carry different results and a different risk profile.

A first visit is an 80-minute New Client Facial that includes a footbath, an intake consultation and a 60-minute custom facial. Clients are advised to come in every four to six weeks, and at least quarterly. Treatments can begin with an intentional energy setting, and may include aromatherapy, breathing techniques and sound bowls. Before booking a treatment, a $50 consultation is charged and then applied to the first purchase. The studio is tip-free, so the listed price is what clients pay.

It uses organic products and carries the Green Envee line, uses EPA-approved eco-friendly sanitizers, limits disposables, and sources supplies locally when possible from companies it considers ethically aligned.
