The studio says its core work is chemical services: Japanese straightening (thermal reconditioning), digital and iron perms, and color. Beyond that, the menu covers color and highlights, adult cuts, hair clinic treatments such as oiling care, Mucota care and keratin treatments, scalp scaling and the O'spa scalp service, regular, prom and bridal make-up, blow-dries, up-dos and bridal hair. The team says it has offered every beauty service over its 20-plus years.

The Fort Lee studio is the main location. The New York location is at The Parior on Madison Avenue, and it offers color, cuts, Hair Clinic treatments, perms and styling. Hidy Sung and Jenny Youn work with straightening and perm clients, and the group's stylists cover color, balayage, and haircutting.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The studio also sells hair care, color, styling and tool products online.

The team says it adopts new techniques, styles and products as trends change, with a focus on chemical services.
