The salon is known for Japanese hair straightening. Regular straightening starts at $160, keratin treatment at $200 and Japanese straightening at $250, with washing and styling included. Perms start at $95 and partial perms at $55, with washing included but styling not. Scalp treatment is $35 and hair treatment starts at $45, not including styling.

Color work includes single process color from $80, glaze from $45, bleach color from $150 and eyebrow tint at $10, with hair washing included. Haircuts are priced by level of stylist. Women's wash, cut and style starts at $60 with a stylist, $95 with a master stylist and $105 with a director. Men's wash, cut and style costs $45, $55 and $65 at the same levels. Children's cuts are offered for boys and girls in two age ranges, 0 to 10 and 10 to 15, with prices by junior and senior, or master and director, stylists. Styling services include hand dry from $15, blow dry from $35, hot tools from $60, and updos from $70 to $85, including bridal trial and bride's updos. Appointments over one hour must be reserved with a credit card. Same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee, and cancellations without at least 24 hours notice may incur a fee for longer services such as chemical treatments. The Young Talents program offers haircuts or color by licensed stylists to models, who must be at least 18, and charges may apply for product usage. Stylists take Sassoon lessons and attend New York events, and receive weekly instruction from the senior designer.
