Visits are by appointment only, Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and the boutique is closed Friday through Sunday. Fittings take place in private, calm rooms, and a typical consultation runs about an hour, though length depends on goals and the number of try-ons and is confirmed at booking. A visit starts with a conversation about lifestyle and goals, then measurements and recommendations across cap types, fibers, lengths, colors and face-flattering shapes, with styling guidance for wear, care and confidence. Clients may bring a support person. The private consultation is $50, and that fee is waived when a wig or topper is bought during the in-store visit.

The boutique carries more than 300 wigs, toppers and hairpieces to try on in person, including specialty brands that are only shown in store. The online store is a more affordable way to shop without visiting, and some products are sold only online. Range includes human hair, synthetic and heat-friendly synthetic wigs, lace front and HD lace front styles, monofilament tops and hand-tied constructions. Hair toppers are partial-coverage pieces for thinning at the part, crown or hairline, and they can be fitted in person with sizing, color matching and attachment coaching. After purchase, the team offers follow-up help and personalized at-home care kit recommendations. Purchases in store include a set of complimentary services, such as trims, shaping, general styling, heat styling and setting, and size alterations, though custom color is an extra. Maintenance services include professional cleaning, expert styling, repair and refresh, and one-on-one styling lessons. The site suggests cleaning human hair wigs every 7 to 10 wears and synthetic wigs every 8 to 12 wears, or sooner when product builds up or fibers feel coated.
