Booking begins with a contract and a non-refundable $250 retainer, which can be completed electronically. That retainer covers either a hair or makeup trial, and a combined hair and makeup trial is available for $449, with the remaining $199 due at the trial. Bridal day-of services are paid on the wedding day by card or cash once services are finished, or can be prepaid by invoice with a 20% gratuity added. Weddings needing five or more stylists must prepay in one payment, with the gratuity included automatically.

Bridal services include hair, makeup with signature skin prep, lashes, and a touch-up lip product, and trials for either. Each bridal party member service is planned for 45 minutes and each bridal service for one hour, with 15 minutes of flex time for setup, cleanup, and finishing. Clients who do not have a regular stylist to custom cut and color their extensions can be referred to Vow Salon + Studio, where trials take place. Hey Pretty! Beauty also has a separate getting-ready space available to rent.
