Color options cover several needs. Gloss or toner refreshes color that has faded, and root touch-ups address regrowth within one to two inches of the base. All-over color is done in one shade and can be no more than two shades lighter than natural color. For brighter results, there is no-bleach balayage for virgin hair only, plus custom foil in three sizes: a mini foil for the hairline and top of the head, a partial foil over the top, sides and hairline, and a full foil from roots to ends. A test strand can be done first before corrective color or lightening is removed.

Haircuts include a standard cut with shampoo and a signature blowout, an express cut with no wash or styling, a kids trim for children 10 and under, and a bang trim. Styling covers a blowout chosen for hair type and hot tool styling, and hot tool styling is included with every color service.

Head spa treatments use Milbon products. Repair and Restore is for hair damaged by heat or chemical processing, Smooth is a three-step deep conditioning option, Replenishing is a lightweight moisturizer, and Scalp Balancing is for dry, oily, itchy or flaky scalps. Repair and Restore, Replenishing and Scalp Balancing can also be added to other services. Most head spa treatments are offered on Tuesdays, and Smooth is also offered on Saturdays.

The salon states that it supports the LGBTQIA+ community and is a safe space. Parking in the lot is free, and the salon offers Wi-Fi, complimentary beverages and snacks, and wheelchair access. It is listed as kid friendly. Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and Klarna, AfterPay and Affirm on qualifying orders are accepted. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not receive the full service, and a no-show or cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled price applies.
