The founders aim to give each client a comfortable space to feel good about their hair. The stylists create multidimensional color and cuts for hair of every texture, and they talk openly about their process when clients have questions, explaining what each service involves.

Clients planning a significant change can book a consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through their hair goals beforehand. Some highlight services ask clients to call their stylist to confirm timing. Appointments are booked online through Schedulicity.

Signature offerings include an Olaplex bond strengthening treatment, a non-chemical add-on that can go with any service, and a smoothing treatment made without formaldehyde, thioglycolate or sodium hydroxide. According to the salon, the smoothing treatment reduces frizz by 90 to 100 percent and curl by up to 50 percent.

Pricing notes: Color Only (all over) and Bleach & Tone add a charge for each extra bowl of color or lightener, and perm pricing is quoted by the individual stylist. Toner can be added to any highlight appointment.
