Closures and frontals need to be dropped off at least three days ahead for customization, though same-day customization of a closure, frontal or wig is available for an extra $30.
Booking comes with firm policies. Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final balance, with amounts that vary by service. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, a deposit moves to a new appointment only once, and no-call, no-show visits are charged 30 percent of the service total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
