Visits are unhurried and are not run from a template; each plan is built around the patient's history. Weight, thyroid, libido and midlife hormone concerns are addressed in one visit instead of being split across several specialists. Initial labs are requested before the first visit, and lab companies can take up to a week to return results. A new patient visit is $250, a follow-up is $75, and a peptide or nutraceutical visit is $125. Telehealth visits are available to Maryland patients who live too far to come in.
Hormone care includes bioidentical replacement therapy with estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. These can be given topically, by injection, orally or as a pellet placed under the skin, and the practice uses the Evexipel dosing and pelleting technique. Pellets release hormones, most often testosterone or estrogen, over several months. Thyroid management is offered alongside energy, weight and midlife hormone care.
Aesthetic services include injectables such as Dysport and Jeuveau, which are priced per unit at $12, along with dermal filler at $625 per syringe, Mini Lip at $325, and microneedling facials with VAMP or PRX at $450 each. PRX topical collagen treatments are offered as a single session at $150 or a package of three at $400. IV therapy ranges from a simple hydration drip to vitamin blends and add-ons, with prices listed per product. Peptide and GLP-1 treatments are offered in person or virtually, and are used under supervision as one part of a broader plan.
Fees are fee-for-service and visits are not billed through insurance. Lab work and some medications may be run through insurance, and a superbill can be provided on request. HSA and FSA payments are accepted, and patients can pay over time through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Monthly newsletters are free to read on the site, and receiving them by email requires registering as a new patient.
Care rests on five foundations: metabolic health, thyroid, bioidentical hormone therapy, supplementation, and GLP-1s and other peptides. Labs are one input weighed alongside symptoms, lifestyle and medical history, and hormone and thyroid status is reviewed before any peptide or GLP-1 therapy begins.
