Concierge primary care is a membership that covers annual wellness exams, same or next-day sick visits, prescription management, annual labwork and EKG, and direct access to a provider by text or email. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes. Essential Concierge is $150 per month and includes $600 in Harmony Hub Health credits a year. Optimize Concierge, an optional add-on at $199 per month, adds advanced functional medicine testing, bi-annual metabolic screening and monthly wellness coaching. Founding Member enrollment is limited to 20 members. Prescription medication costs, external lab fees, vaccines and hospitalizations are not included. A complimentary 15-minute consultation helps determine whether membership suits a patient.

On the skin side, the Spectra Skin Analysis assesses pigmentation, pores, fine lines, texture, hydration and bacteria. Facials include Osmosis Beauty holistic facials, Glow Protocol at 60 minutes and $199, a Resurfacing Base facial using AlumierMD professional treatments for 60 to 75 minutes at $225, and a Corrective Foundation facial. Add-ons such as LED, cold plasma, carboxy and cold or heat therapy can be combined with a facial. Clinical options include The Perfect Derma Peel, a medium-depth peel containing glutathione, which the business describes as the only peel with glutathione, and the Vampire Facial, which combines microneedling, radiofrequency and PRP.

Body Lab treatment plans may combine Esbelta, Orbix, body wraps and other services. Esbelta uses ultrasound cavitation, radiofrequency and vacuum for body contouring; EvoSculpt uses electromagnetic muscle stimulation for targeted contractions; Orbix uses compression and mechanical microvibration to support circulation and lymphatic drainage. Wellness services include customizable IV infusions, NAD+ and vitamin shots, and Shape Scale 3D body scanning. Dream Pod float therapy is offered alongside Body Lab and Skin Lab services. Guests should wait three weeks after a professional salon hair service or four weeks after a boxed hair dye before floating, and they enter, sit, recline and stand without hands-on help from staff.
