Every visit begins with a personalized consultation. First-time clients, and anyone whose health has changed, are asked to fill in a consultation form before booking. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early, and a late arrival may receive a shorter session.

The head spa sessions build in length. Her Lunch Break is a 30-minute session with a double cleanse and conditioner. Her Healing (19 Steps) takes 1 hour 10 minutes and includes hair steaming, a deep head and scalp massage, a hydrating sheet mask and a machine foot massage. Love Herself (28 Steps) runs 1 hour 40 minutes and adds kobido facial massage, LED therapy for scalp and skin, a hot stone facial massage and a deeply hydrating hair mask. Her Special (36 Steps) runs 2 hours 10 minutes and adds a Japanese Osen foot bath, a foot scrub, scalp exfoliation and an eye relaxation therapy machine.

Add-ons are 15 minutes each and priced from $15 to $35. They include scalp exfoliation, nose pore extraction, a CO2 scalp detox, an AI scalp analysis, a hot stone bed, foot release, hair steaming with a hair mask, and LED therapy. Brow and lash services include Her Brow Lamination, which includes shaping and a nourishing treatment, and the Her Korean Lash Lift, each 45 minutes and priced at $95.

Appointments are confirmed once payment or a valid booking deposit is received. Reschedules and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and no refund is offered for changes made inside that window. A $50 fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations, charged to the card on file. Clients may request a refund if they are unhappy with the service within the first 15 minutes. The terms state that the business and its technicians are not liable for injury or damage to personal property during or after a session. Cash, Zelle, and credit or debit cards are accepted; online booking requires a card on file, with the remaining balance paid at reception. Gift cards and vouchers are sold.
