Before any full service, new clients book a consultation. The consultation fee is taken off the cost of the first service booked afterward, but it is kept if the client does not go on to book. Pricing for hair services depends on density, hair type, and length, and the final quote is given at the consultation. Services are grouped into three areas: a children's menu for ages 9 and under, a loc-focused menu for starting and maintaining locs, and a general natural styling menu. Appointments are protected by a 10-minute grace period, a 48-hour cancellation window with a $20 fee for late cancellations, and a $50 charge for no-call, no-shows, which apply after 30 minutes.
