The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Clients can book online through the salon's GlossGenius page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The waxing menu runs from the lips, chin, nose and ears to full legs, full arms, the back, chest, stomach, and the bikini and Brazilian areas. The Brazilian can be done bare or with a small strip or triangle left, tailored to each client. A Vajacial, which includes exfoliation, steam, cleansing, extractions and a hydro jelly mask, can be added after a waxing session. Hydrating and back facials are also offered, with the back facial aimed at clogged pores, congestion, dryness and uneven texture.

The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to change a booking. Changes made inside that window incur a 20% service fee. Clients who miss an appointment without giving notice are billed the full service total. Clients who repeatedly no-show may be asked to pay in advance for later bookings. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes after the start time, the service may be shortened or rescheduled, and if it cannot be finished, a fee for the late arrival may be charged.

The salon tailors waxing to each client, such as choosing how much hair to leave on a Brazilian. Its hydrating facial relies on moisture-focused ingredients instead of extractions or harsh exfoliation.
