Maxillofacial care covers corrective jaw surgery, wisdom teeth removal and dental implant surgery, used for jaw misalignment, facial trauma, TMJ disorders, congenital jaw conditions and impacted teeth. Surgical rejuvenation includes full, mini and deep plane facelifts, neck lifts, upper and lower eyelid lifts, open, closed and revision rhinoplasty, brow lifts, otoplasty, lip lifts, facial fat grafting, facial implants, buccal fat pad reduction, skin tightening and The Trifecta, a personalized plan combining MyEllevate, Renuvion and liposuction.

Skin rejuvenation options include Jeuveau for dynamic wrinkles, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers such as Restylane, Sculptra for restoring facial volume over time, Evoke Face and Chin, Morpheus8, PRF and PRF gel treatments, and several lasers: Alma hybrid, CO2 (DOT), intense pulsed light, KTP and Laser Genesis. Laser Genesis is used for redness, uneven pigmentation and lingering acne scars and is described as requiring no downtime.

Surgical costs vary with the treatment plan, imaging, surgical time and post-operative care, so a personalized estimate is given at consultation. Most cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance, though treatments for functional concerns may qualify for partial coverage, and rhinoplasty may be partly covered when it corrects breathing or structural problems. Patients can use a monthly payment plan or a healthcare financing option through Cherry, which offers 0% APR options subject to eligibility, or through CareCredit.

SculptMD offers IV therapy, Hydrafacial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser-based skin treatments and bridal makeup, and dermal fillers are offered at that location. The facility includes private consultation suites and recovery spaces. The Shrewsbury office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The New York office is open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
