The studio offers Classic, Hybrid and Volume extensions, each with a new full set and a fill option. Wispy lashes are styled on either a hybrid or a volume base, and Mega Volume lashes are available as well. Removal of extensions is offered for sets done at this studio or at other salons.

Each style is built differently. Classic applies one extension to each natural lash and a full set takes about two hours. Hybrid alternates classic placements with 2D to 4D fans, using 3 to 5 extensions per natural lash, and takes around two hours. Volume uses hand-made fans of 8 to 10 extensions per natural lash, and the first application takes about two and a half hours. Mega Volume uses finer extensions to build denser fans and needs a longer appointment than a standard set; the studio confirms that natural lashes are healthy enough before a first Mega Volume set.

Fills are recommended every two to three weeks as natural lashes shed and regrow. The studio advises a fill while much of the set is still in place, and a new full set once most extensions have grown out or many weeks have passed. New clients are welcome, including clients who are partway through a set. Removal uses a professional adhesive remover applied along the lash line, and the studio advises against pulling extensions off at home. The salon describes Volume lashes as its most popular service.
