The color menu runs from toners and gloss services that refresh color after lightening, through base color, highlights and balayage, to custom color, which starts at $300 and may vary in price.

Lightened color is built around a few pairings. Highlight services, including partial and full highlights and the versions with base color, are paired with a toner or smudge and toner. The smudge and toner service blends natural hair into lived-in roots that sit one or two shades lighter, and balayage is hand-painted lightener for soft, gradual color. A base color service covers roots only, so roots grown beyond about two inches generally call for an all-over color instead.

Styling and occasion work includes women's haircuts, children's cuts for clients aged 8 and under, men's haircuts, updos and special occasion hairstyles, and combined hair and makeup for events. Wedding party clients are asked to call the salon to book a hair trial before the day.

Clients can book online through the salon's booking link. The salon will try to accommodate requests for appointments before or after regular hours. The salon also uses and sells the full Kevin.Murphy line of hair and body products, which the products page describes as nutrient-rich and antioxidant-infused.
