Each service is tailored to the client's skin and hair type. The salon stocks four waxes and sugars and selects among them based on the individual. Sugaring is done with a natural sugar paste that adheres more readily to hair than to skin, and the salon notes that it also gently exfoliates during hair removal. Appointments generally run about 15 to 30 minutes, varying with the service and the area treated. Ahead of a visit, hair needs to have grown to roughly the size of a grain of rice, which typically means two to three weeks of growth. Most waxing and sugaring clients return every four to six weeks.

Aestheticians complete a three-month program to become certified in the salon's sugaring technique, and every esthetician completes advanced certification focused on pain-reduction techniques. The salon says its training goes beyond aesthetics school and that it holds high standards for waxing, cleanliness and customer service. It aims for a judgment-free experience.

Brow and lash services include brow shaping with wax or sugar, brow tint, a combined brow shape and tint, and brow lamination, which the salon describes as a semi-permanent, noninvasive treatment that temporarily adjusts the natural brow pattern. Lash tint is a color enhancement that lasts two to four weeks, and lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts natural lashes without extensions. The salon says lash and brow services hold for six to eight weeks.

Hours are 8AM to 8PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to 6PM on Saturday and Sunday. Clients can text the phone number, (281) 886-0425, to reach a receptionist with questions or concerns. The salon publishes a cancellation and no-show policy.
