The lash menu covers classic-feel and textured volume, wispy and extra wispy sets, wet look, hybrid, Diva Doll, mega volume and color styles. A full set costs between 90 and 120 dollars and takes 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. Refills run from 65 to 90 dollars for the same styles, a mini touch-up within a week of a full set is 50 dollars, and lash removal is 25 dollars. Full sets need bare, clean lashes with no mascara, makeup or lash glue, and the studio does not work over another technician's lashes.

Brow lamination with wax is 65 dollars and takes 1 hour 30 minutes, or 85 dollars with tint for 2 hours; the site says the lamination lasts 2 to 5 weeks with proper care. Brow wax is 15 dollars with brow mapping included, and armpit wax is 10 dollars; both need 2 to 3 weeks of hair growth. Tiny tattoos are 30 dollars, while custom fine line tattoos in black ink, up to 2 inches and one design per appointment, cost 55 dollars. Custom tattoos cannot go on ribs, stomach or fingers, clients must be 18 or older with valid ID, and a 20 dollar non-refundable deposit goes toward the total. A design preview is sent beforehand with minor adjustments included, and touch-ups carry a separate fee.

Booking is by appointment only, and texting is the fastest way to reach the studio. One reschedule is allowed, no extra guests are permitted, and cancellations made without 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a 10 dollar fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late results in cancellation without a deposit refund. Two or more no-shows require full payment at booking. Refills require at least 40 percent lash retention after outgrown lashes are removed, are not offered after 3 weeks, and clients have a 2-day window to report retention problems. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash App are accepted; card payments of 100 dollars or less carry a 5 dollar fee, card payments over 100 dollars carry a 4.5 percent fee, cash must be exact, and card and debit payments must match the ID presented at purchase.
