The Norman location is at 2218 24th Avenue NW, Suites 109 and 110, inside Phenix Salon Suites at 24th Avenue and West Rock Creek Road. It sits next to HotWorx and near Kohl's, with free parking directly in front. To find the suites, go left and walk halfway down the long hall; the salon is on the left. About

The salon describes itself as focused on comfort and results, with high standards for waxing, cleanliness and customer service. For each client, it selects one of four waxes or sugars. It serves both women and men and works with all skin types, including sensitive skin, and with coarse and fine hair. The salon notes that coarse hair, such as men's beard hair, may not be suitable for waxing or sugaring. Most appointments run 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the service and the area. Before a wax or sugar visit, hair typically needs about two to three weeks of growth to reach the required short length. Clients typically rebook every four to six weeks, and results typically last three to four weeks.

Laser hair removal is offered for all skin types and uses a CoolBEAM laser with contact cooling during treatment. The site says the laser systems are FDA-approved and that its laser estheticians are licensed professionals. Treatments are typically spaced four to six weeks apart, and hair is expected to shed within one to two weeks. Clients are asked to shave the area 24 to 48 hours beforehand, avoid waxing, sugaring and plucking between sessions (shaving is fine), and protect treated skin from sun with SPF. Session lengths run about 15 to 20 minutes for Brazilian, 5 to 10 minutes for underarms, 45 to 60 minutes for full legs, and about an hour for a full body. The salon says most clients reach a 70 to 90 percent reduction in hair after completing treatments.

Laser can be booked as single areas, as combos covering two to ten areas with free underarms, or through memberships. A membership covers one service per month for the chosen area and type, with vouchers issued monthly that roll over if unused. Memberships are billed monthly, can be paused or canceled at any time without a fee, and can be used at any Hello Sugar location. Members receive member pricing, and the site says they can save up to 20 percent on services. A one-time All-Access Pass at $450 unlocks member pricing on laser services. A first laser treatment is available as a Brazilian V try-out at $58 before deciding on a membership.

The salon describes its sugaring as organic and its waxing as gentle, and says its focus is on comfort and results.
