Hello Sugar is a Brazilian wax and sugaring salon that belongs to the Hello Brands company group. Services are grouped by body area: arms, back, Brazilian, buttocks, chest and stomach, enzyme treatments, face and neck, intimate lightening and legs. Hair removal is done with waxing or sugaring, and the salon uses four different waxes and sugars so each service can be adjusted to the client's skin and hair. Sugaring is a sugar paste that the salon says clings mainly to hair rather than skin. Most appointments take 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the service and area.

Brazilian services are the salon's most popular category, and they come in V and P versions. Bikini Line trims the edges beyond a standard bikini or underwear line, Bikini Full covers the front and sides and extends to the top of the inner thighs, and Brazilian (V) adds the labia to the full bikini. Enzyme treatments for underarms and the Brazilian area include cleansing, exfoliation and a hydrating mask.

Lash and brow services include lash tint, lash lift, brow tint, brow shaping and tint, and brow lamination, which the salon describes as a semi-permanent, noninvasive way to temporarily reshape the natural brow. According to the salon, lash and brow results hold for six to eight weeks. Intimate lightening is offered as an accelerated brightening service for sensitive areas.
