The menu covers waxing and sugaring for men and women on arms, back, chest and stomach, buttocks, legs, the face and neck, and the Brazilian area. Sugaring uses a paste that removes hair while also exfoliating, and the salon offers a choice of four different waxes and sugars so each service can suit the client's skin and hair. Services are described as gentle waxing and organic sugaring, and the Natick location also offers Brazilian enzyme treatment, intimate lightening and facials.

Most sessions run roughly 15 to 30 minutes, varying with the treatment and the area being done. Before coming in, hair needs to have grown to roughly rice-grain length, which typically takes two to three weeks. Clients generally return every four to six weeks, and a session usually holds for three to four weeks. The salon says repeated treatments may leave regrowth finer and slower over time. Thick hair, including coarse beard hair, may not suit waxing or sugaring, and people who shave can move to these methods once their growth reaches the right length.

Every esthetician completes advanced certification focused on pain-reduction techniques, and estheticians complete a three-month program to become certified in the salon's sugaring technique. The salon says its training goes beyond aesthetics school. Brow and lash services include brow shaping and tinting, brow lamination, lash tinting and lash lifts without extensions. Lash and brow results are said to hold for six to eight weeks, and lash tint is a color service lasting two to four weeks. Laser hair removal is also offered, with a promotion covering full legs and Brazilian with underarms included for $160.

A membership includes one service per month of the chosen type, with savings of up to 20% on services according to the salon. Memberships are billed monthly, unused monthly vouchers roll over, and they can be used at any Hello Sugar location depending on availability. Memberships can be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee, and laser memberships are also available. Most prices are listed as starting amounts. The salon publishes a cancellation and no-show policy, and clients can book through the Hello Sugar app or text (508) 290-5522 to reach a receptionist.
