Services are adjusted to each client's skin and hair, and the salon welcomes women, men, and all skin and hair types. For each client, the team chooses from four different waxes and sugars. Waxing uses a warm wax, while sugaring uses a natural sugar paste that adheres mainly to hair, which is why sugaring is often recommended for clients with sensitive skin. Both methods are described as effective on fine and coarse hair, although men's beard hair may be too coarse.

Hair needs to reach a short but workable length before a waxing or sugaring visit, usually two to three weeks of growth. Results generally hold for three to four weeks, and clients are typically booked every four to six weeks. With regular appointments, hair tends to grow back finer and more slowly over time. Most visits run 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the service and the area treated.

Enzyme treatments are offered for underarms and the Brazilian area. They are described as removing dull, dead skin and brightening delicate areas. The Brazilian enzyme treatment is said to cleanse, exfoliate, and extract, and to include a hydrating mask, and the business says it helps with ingrown hairs. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent, noninvasive service that temporarily adjusts the natural brow pattern. Unused monthly vouchers roll over if a client cannot visit in that month, and memberships can be frozen at no charge.
