The massage therapists are licensed graduates of Blue Heron Academy with more than 600 hours of hands-on training, and the spa states they bring over 14 years of experience in massage therapy. The facility is described as comfortable and welcoming. Guests check in, change into a robe and wait in the lounge before a session, and every room and piece of equipment is cleaned between appointments. Before booking, guests can take a free five-minute call to talk through what they need. Consultation is required before acne laser treatment, and ultrasonic cavitation starts with a personalized consultation in which a provider reviews goals and chooses the areas to treat. Arriving at least 10 minutes early is recommended.

Laser hair removal is offered on IPL and diode platforms. Sessions are usually spaced four to six weeks apart, and a uniform result typically takes about six to eight visits. Packages include two free maintenance sessions if needed. Acne laser treatment is available on IPL, diode or Nd:YAG platforms, in single sessions or bundles of four or six. The spa says its laser systems are FDA-approved and describes its IPL treatment as reducing the look of pores and giving a glowing complexion. The Endermologie lipo-massage menu includes a non-surgical face-lift, which typically takes four to five 30-minute sessions, ideally two to three times a week. Listed prices include Dermalogica facials from $115 to $130, Hydrafacials from $150 to $250, photo-facials from $350, and ultrasonic cavitation from $99 for a single knee session. Package pricing applies to many services, and some prices are listed per unit.

Policies: the spa asks for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Gratuities are not included in listed prices. Guests must be 18 or older for most treatments; some services, such as facials, are open to ages 16 and 17 with parental consent and a parent or guardian present. Pregnancy-safe massage and treatments are offered, and a therapist certified in prenatal care can be requested at booking. Endermologie treatments are not refundable once unused or abandoned, and the 10-session Endermologie membership must be used within two months of purchase.
