Waxing and sugaring are offered in both regular wax and sugar for men and women. The salon uses four different waxes and sugars and picks among them for each client. Sugaring uses a sugar paste that removes hair while also exfoliating the skin. Most appointments run 15 to 30 minutes depending on the service and area. Waxing and sugaring are usually booked every 4 to 6 weeks, once hair has grown about 2 to 3 weeks. The salon notes that men's beard hair can be too coarse for waxing or sugaring.

Laser hair removal is done with a CoolBEAM laser system, which the business describes as FDA-approved. Laser sessions are typically spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Newer clients can try a laser treatment at a first-visit price before committing to a membership. Laser memberships come in size groups labeled XS, S, M and L, with a monthly price for each. Members receive one service per month for the chosen area and type, with a new voucher each month. Unused vouchers roll over if a client can't come in that month, and memberships can be used at any Hello Sugar location, depending on availability.
