Silk presses are a major part of the menu. A basic silk press, starting at $105, includes a relaxing shampoo, deep conditioning, a blow dry and a hot press, with a massive detangle available for an extra $45. The deluxe version, starting at $150 and taking about 105 minutes, adds steam, an oil scalp massage and a take-home travel heat protectant. Weekly silk press clients can book a wash and style for $85. Keratin treatments, Olaplex treatments and several gloss services are also offered, and the steam add-on at $25 must be paired with another service.
Braids and extensions are booked by length and style. Crochet work, small, medium and large box braids, and curly pieces added to box braids are all offered. Many of these services ask the client to bring their own braiding or weave hair. Sew-ins range from full sew-ins with a leave-out to fully closed sew-ins, closures and full frontals. Tape-in, microloop and K-tip extensions are also available, and several of these require a deposit. Wig installs can be sewn down or laid with adhesive, with the client providing the wig. Wedding updos can include travel to the client's location, with a $50 deposit.
Booking is online through the salon's GlossGenius page, which also offers a pay-later option for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Late cancellations and no-call no-shows carry a $25 fee for services priced $50 to $100 and a $40 fee for services above $125. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a $15 fee unless the client has texted the salon. Fees must be paid before rebooking. Service sales are final once a client leaves, but clients can ask to see the work during the appointment and should speak up before the service is half complete if they are not satisfied. Braids or styles that loosen within 7 days of installation are fixed free after a message is sent to arrange a time.
