Services center on facials built around DMK Skincare products, including the DMK Enzyme treatment and the HJB Signature Facial, which is customized and can be paired with a choice of two upgrades: HydroDermabrasion, dermaplaning, a light chemical peel, microcurrent or cryotherapy. Dermaplaning Facials include a double cleanse, extractions, a hydrating enzyme mask, cooling globes, an upper body massage, Celluma LED light therapy and a HydroJelly mask. A Classic Facial is a one-hour introduction for people who have never had one.

For acne and related concerns there is the Face Reality acne program, a three to six month clearing plan that requires home care using Face Reality clinical-grade products and includes in-office treatments every two weeks, with Helen monitoring progress. A first-time Acne Bootcamp consultation and facial, and a Back Facial for acne, congestion, scarring and pigmentation on the back, are also offered.

Other offerings include Collagen Induction Therapy, which uses tiny micro-injuries to encourage collagen and elastin and can be followed by a chemical peel, and the Perfect Derma Chemical Peel, a 30-minute treatment that comes with a home care kit. Lash lifts with tint are available alone or bundled with a facial. Clients who are unsure where to start can book a 30-minute Skin Care Consultation, which looks at skin type, concerns and routine and suggests services and home products.

Booking has a few firm rules: a credit card on file is required for all appointments, cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, and appointments have a 15-minute grace period after which the visit is cancelled and half the reserved services are charged. Collagen Induction Therapy requires provider approval first and cannot be booked online.
