Face Bod Studio is a boutique spa on Foothill Blvd in La Verne. Charie Hernandez founded the studio and owns it. The studio describes itself as going beyond body treatments to offer a wider range of beauty services, and says it stands out among local spas.

Treatment plans are personalized to each client's skin needs, and the studio uses medical-grade skincare products and treatments with advanced technology. Facials range from a 30-minute express option to a 90-minute Signature Face, and include named options such as Clean Face for teens or anyone new to skincare, Clear Skin Acne Facial with oxygen, extractions, cryotherapy massage and blue LED light, and Beyond Botox Facial, a firming anti-aging treatment that starts with dermaplaning. Bright & Light is not suited to clients with inflamed or active acne.

Body treatments are non-invasive. Bod Control combines radiofrequency, cavitation and a laser lipo belt, and is offered as a single 50-minute session or in series of four or eight. Tight & Bright Bod uses LED infrared light and energy wave therapy for stretch marks and skin texture. Ice Sculpt uses natural clay ice with herbs, essential oils and aloe alongside lymphatic drainage, and Fire & Ice Lymphatic Sculpt adds cavitation in a 60-minute session focused mainly on the abdomen.

Chemical peels run from very light to medium depth, and a consultation is needed to choose the right one; sessions start at $120 with a top price up to $300. Oxygen and Lactic Acid peels are listed as superficial with no downtime. Microneedling is offered as one or two sessions, and the studio notes most people need four to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. It is not recommended for active acne, rosacea or other inflammatory skin conditions. Waxing clients are asked to avoid sun exposure, tanning beds and chemical peels beforehand and to let hair grow about a quarter inch. Lash lifts take about an hour and should stay dry and free of makeup for the first 24 hours. Appointments can be booked online or requested through the website, and the studio is open Monday through Friday 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
