The salon has offered aesthetic and regenerative medicine for more than 20 years, according to the business. Its menu spans skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, hair restoration and body contouring. The business says its approach is personalized and attentive, with clinical expertise behind it. Body treatments start with a complimentary consultation. For dermal filler, the usual plan begins with one syringe, with additional syringes added at later appointments.

Listed prices include a TruSculpt iD full treatment at $2,400, which varies by area and requires a consultation, a TruSculpt Flex single treatment at $1,000, a four-treatment series for one area at $2,000, TruBody at $2,100, and Micro Laser Peels at $500 for the lunchtime version or $600 for the weekender version. Hela Gym memberships, from a one-time tryout to monthly maintenance and TruSculpt Flex plans, are also offered. Skincare products and gift cards can be bought on the website.

Booking is by reservation only, by text or phone at 202.333.4445, or through online self-booking for appointments more than 24 hours out; last-minute bookings are accepted. A credit card guarantees each reservation. Cancelling or changing with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, incur a $100 fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not have treatments honored, at the spa's discretion. Products can be returned within 10 days for an exchange or spa credit, and otherwise refunds are not given, only store credit.

The salon states that it was voted DC's best in body contouring, lasers and aesthetic treatments, and that Cutera named it a top body provider in North America. These are the business's own claims.
