Most bookings are by appointment, though walk-ins are sometimes taken depending on that day's schedule, so calling ahead is recommended. Clients can pay with cash, card, Apple Pay or Venmo, and a valid card must be saved when booking. Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours ahead. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show, and a no-show or late cancellation carries a $25 charge. The salon also reserves the right to refuse any service. Hours are Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM and Saturday 10AM to 6PM, with Sunday visits by appointment only.

The salon says every team member is fully licensed and professionally trained. Nail services range from regular and gel polish to Builder Gel, Gel-X, acrylics, TAP polygel and Dual Form extensions, with several specialty pedicures and a range of nail art. Lash extensions are custom applied, and waxing covers the face, underarms, arms and legs.

The salon says it keeps up with current beauty trends and techniques, and that ongoing education is part of its commitment to clients.
