Pedicures include the Popular Pedicure, which adds a scrub and hot towels, the Signature Spa Pedicure, and the Princess Pedicure, which students under 12 are offered. The salon has a lounge and a drying station for clients. It runs a customer loyalty program. Students age 18 and under receive discounted services when they show a student ID. Some services or group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total at checkout.

Changes to an appointment, whether cancelling or moving it, require at least 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation can incur a fee of 50% of the booked service, and a missed appointment is billed the full service cost, which must be settled before new bookings are accepted. Guests who turn up 15 or more minutes late may be passed to another technician or have their service time shortened. The weekday schedule runs from 9:30 AM until 7:30 PM, Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday hours are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
