The hair menu covers cuts, from a dry express cut for clients who arrive with clean, straightened hair to a full cut with wash and blowdry. Color options include partial, full and face-framing balayage, which use color melt or root smudge techniques and K18 treatment, along with all-over single-shade color, bleach and tone, grey coverage root touch-ups, and toner refreshers. Treatments include a gloss for shine, a deep conditioning treatment for dry or brittle hair, a silk press with blowout, and Mari's signature blowout, which is pinned to set. Tape-in extensions can be applied or removed, with hair supplied by the client for applications. Prices for many services are listed as starting amounts, and extra mixing charges are not included in color services.

Brow services include a brow tint, a brow lamination, and a combined lamination with tint. Lash services include a lash lift, a lash lift with tint, and full lash extension removal. The studio describes the lash lift as a low-maintenance, waterproof option to lash extensions that can last up to eight weeks.

Service packages combine haircuts, treatments, color and blowouts into one booking at a reduced price. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a service is booked with a package. Each booking requires a deposit that varies by service. Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a future appointment. Clients need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel, and no-shows or same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee. Re-dos must be completed within seven days. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
