The technique was developed over a decade ago by Johanna, who set out to move away from the artificial look she saw in traditional permanent makeup. Treatments pair a facial analysis with artistry so the result suits each client's features and looks natural.

Before booking a permanent makeup appointment, clients can arrange a consultation. Artists listen to what the client wants, assess facial structure and recommend a technique.

The paramedical side of the practice covers camouflage tattooing for surgical scars, skin imperfections, vitiligo, hypopigmented spots and hyperpigmentation, as well as areola and nipple restoration after breast reconstruction or mastectomy, belly button reconstruction, inkless stretchmark revision, scar improvement therapy and scalp micropigmentation for balding, thinning hair, alopecia and scarring. Consultations are offered before scalp micropigmentation. The studio uses sterile equipment and follows sterilization protocols for paramedical tattooing. Lightening and removal of existing permanent makeup and tattoos, including emergency removal, is also offered. Training for practitioners is available by calling or emailing the studio.
