Booking is done online. A $50 deposit holds the appointment and is credited toward the cost of the service. Cancelling or moving an appointment needs 12 hours' notice, and the deposit carries over to the rescheduled visit. Clients are seen one at a time, with no shared waiting area. Each appointment starts with lash mapping, which shapes lengths and curls to the client's eye shape before adhesive goes on. The studio uses an LED and UV system to cure the adhesive under light, and says it releases almost no fumes during the appointment. Professional products are used, with options for sensitive eyes. For aftercare, the studio suggests cleansing daily with a lash-safe foam and brushing through with a clean spoolie.

Lash extensions run from classic and hybrid sets through volume, mega volume, wet effect and wispy styles, and bottom lashes are also offered. Hybrid sets blend classic lashes with handmade volume fans, while volume and mega volume sets are built fan by fan using the Russian volume technique. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and a new full set is advised once more than half the set has shed. Lash lifts are available as a traditional lift and tint or as a Korean keratin lift, which works on the natural lashes without adhesive and is said to last six to eight weeks. Brow lamination and tint is listed with results lasting around six weeks. Lash extension removal is also offered.

The Luxury Home Lash Service applies full sets at the client's home by appointment, with the studio bringing its own lighting, adhesives and supplies. Travel fees are $45, $60 or $85 depending on the neighbourhood, calculated from the Brickell studio, and the LED and UV upgrade is $50 on any home set. Fills, lash lifts, brow lamination and removals are studio-only. The studio also offers professional lash extension training with hands-on practice, and training participants receive a certificate of completion. Classic training is listed at 8 hours for $1,050, and mega volume training at 6 hours for $550.

Each set begins with lash mapping, which shapes lengths and curls to the client's eye shape before adhesive is applied, and the adhesive is light-cured with an LED and UV system.
