Beyond braiding, the salon offers a Scalp Reset Experience that combines braiding with scalp care, and a wash and blow-dry prep that must be paired with a braiding service. Braid removal and touch-ups are available, and the business recommends leaving box braids in for six to eight weeks and cornrows for two to four weeks, with no more than two months between retouches.

The salon sells its own natural, vegan hair care, including a hair growth oil, a sulfate-free cleansing shampoo, a rinse conditioner, a butter-based hair cream, a growth bundle formerly called Heavenly Trio, and pre-stretched braiding hair.
