Each client is seen one-on-one in a private setting. Clients can listen to soothing sounds, watch a movie, read or chat during the appointment, and Wi-Fi is available. Installs can take from a couple of hours to a full day, depending on the style, technique and number of extensions.

Every visit starts with a consultation. The client's hair is examined and the styles and options are talked through before any work begins. Clients can also share hair inspiration photos to help shape a more individual look.

The braid and twist menu includes knotless and box braids, cornrows in regular, feed-in and lemonade versions, crochet braids and crochet faux locs, Ghana, goddess, Havana and Marley styles, interlocks, lace braids, passion and spring twists, and tree branch braids. The extension menu covers full-head sets, track or weft extensions, net weave, integration systems, hair systems and unit attachments, custom-built wigs, and extension removal.

For extensions, the studio suggests maintenance touch-ups about every four to six weeks to protect the edges when a style is worn for eight to twelve weeks. The FAQ page offers washing guidance, including combing first and washing from top to bottom.

Consultation-led: the hair is analyzed and every style and option is discussed before work begins.
