Clients can book in person at the studio or ask for a house call. Opening hours are Monday from 12 PM to 6 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Wednesday through Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Some services require a deposit at booking, ranging from $15 to $250 depending on the treatment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the studio as soon as possible so the appointment can be moved. In-person bookings can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000.

Several treatments come in set options. Teeth whitening is available in 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions, and there is also a $400 whitening class that requires a $200 deposit. Lash services include classic lashes, cat eye volume lashes and removal of existing extensions.
