Everything is booked by appointment, as walk-ins are not accepted.

The in-person consultation runs 30 minutes and costs $20. During it, the practitioner looks at a client's skin type, appearance and condition, then suggests products and treatments that fit. Consultation is handled by Talia James.

The facial menu includes a Signature Facial tailored to each client's skin and a Customized Acne Facial built around acne concerns. The Back Treatment cleans, exfoliates, moisturizes and masks the skin on the back, then finishes with a back massage. Waxing is done with precision for smooth results.

The spa uses medical-grade, clinical-quality formulas and says they are trusted for visible results. It also describes the visit as a luxury experience from arrival to departure.

Booking rules matter here. Cancellations need at least 6 hours' notice, or half the service total is charged to the card on file. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the reserved time. A no-show is charged if the client has not been in touch 20 minutes after the booked time. First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early for an intake form, and everyone should avoid arriving more than 7 minutes late without letting the spa know. Clients should come with clean, bare skin.

Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's skin, goals and what improvement would mean to them before any treatment is chosen.

The treatment room is set up for relaxation, with soft lighting and a quiet feel.
