Visits begin with a consultation. For haircuts, the cut is shaped to the client's hair type and texture, and the stylist cuts conservatively and is candid about what one visit can achieve. Custom curly cuts usually take 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the hair's condition, length and thickness. Corrections and major changes are planned across a similar window.
Color work includes all-over color with a retouch, gloss and haircut, and custom dimensional color. Move-up appointments are generally booked every 6 to 8 weeks as the hair grows, and the salon sends a free email list of favorite hair, health and beauty products.
Each service starts with a consultation so the cut or color suits the client's hair type and texture, and extensions are matched to the client's color, length and fullness.
