Services are arranged as timed appointments with starting prices. Color is the largest part of the menu, ranging from a 90-minute refresh for existing clients to a 2-hour classic color, a 2.5-hour signature color, a 3.5-hour dimensional color and an hourly transformation service for major changes, gray transformations and corrections. Several of these begin with a chat about hair goals, and the transformation and fashion perm services require a consultation before booking. A virtual video consultation is also available to talk through goals, products and maintenance before an appointment.

Cancellation rules are firm. A 40% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and that fee must be paid before new appointments can be booked. Arriving 15 or more minutes late without notice cancels the visit, and the client then needs to rebook online. Clients with an unpaid balance are temporarily blocked from online booking until it is cleared, and a second violation requires a non-refundable deposit before future services can be booked.

The studio works in clearly timed appointments with stated starting prices, and uses consultations to set expectations before the more involved color and perm services. Stylist Heather Brokaw's stated view is that hair should feel as good as it looks.
