The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Services are grouped by type on the booking menu, and blonding and color prices include one bowl of lightener or color, with extra bowls at $20 each.

Color correction begins with a mandatory in-person consultation, which is complimentary. Correction appointments then require a $100 deposit paid at booking, applied to the total cost. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice, and after two reschedules the deposit is forfeited and the appointment is cancelled.

Extension work also starts with a free in-person consultation, and hair must be purchased to book an installation. Longer services such as highlights, blonding and keratin treatment carry their own deposits, listed per service.

To book, clients need a card on file. Cancellations or changes are asked for at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50 percent, and no-shows are charged 100 percent. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the appointment is shortened or rescheduled. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
