For weddings and events, the salon offers several packages. Bridal Makeup takes about 155 minutes and includes airbrushed foundation. Bridal Experience takes 90 minutes and covers hair and makeup for short or long hair, with veil application included; clients bring their own veil, and extension application is available for an extra charge. Event Hair Design takes 60 minutes and does not include a wash and blow-dry, and it requires a $30 deposit. Hair & Makeup Experience takes 180 minutes and combines a custom makeup look with a hairstyle the client chooses. First-time blonde clients can book Transformative Blonde, which includes a consultation, lightening, a bonding treatment, toner and a trim and blowout. Color Maintenance needs a full color service if regrowth has passed eight weeks. Several longer color services carry a $50 deposit.

Payment and booking details are clear up front. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Monthly blowout memberships range from Effortless Club with two blowouts a month to VIP Blowout Club with five blowouts and added perks; members book services as usual and their benefits are applied at checkout in the salon.
