Services cover color, cutting, styling and bridal work. Color options include root color covering up to an inch of roots, all over color, toner for brassy tones, and partial or full balayage and foil highlights. Bleach and tone, creative color and color correction are priced after a consultation. Every color service finishes with a blow dry or diffuse. Cuts are priced mainly by the time a specific style takes, and the cut services include a wash and scalp massage. Styling includes blowouts, a blowout with an iron finish, and updos; updo clients are asked to arrive with clean, fully dry hair.

Bridal clients can book a trial updo, which is required before the wedding and includes two full looks and a conversation about wedding-day plans. Wedding Day Ease Styling is offered for bridal parties and priced by quote. On-location bridal work requires the bride plus three or more other services, and quotes need the wedding date, ready time, number of services and location. According to the salon, its bridal page displays As Seen on The Knot and WeddingWire badges.

Booking is through the GlossGenius page, and the salon does not currently take walk-ins. Complimentary consultations are offered in person at the salon, and calls and voicemails are returned within 24 hours. New clients referred by an existing client get 10 percent off their next visit if the referral names the referrer at the first visit. Students with a student ID get 15 percent off higher education services.
