The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only and is closed Sunday and Monday. Bookings are made through its online appointment system. Haircuts with Erin are limited to existing clients, and she is not taking new haircut clients at this time.

Extension work covers pinch braids, braided and hand-tied beaded weaves, and synthetic installs. Pinch braid and wig cap installs use human hair that is charged separately and set at a free consultation. A fill-in pinch braid adds thickness but not length. Maintenance and tightening are listed as timed services, so clients can book the length of visit they need.

For dreadlocks, the salon offers synthetic dreads by the set or as a full head, dread maintenance, felted dread maintenance, and dread extenders that add length to natural dreads.
