Services are grouped into haircuts, color, Glitterlite sparkle strands and a booking menu of additional treatments. Haircuts range from a short cut for hair above the chin to a full transformation for a new style or for clients who have gone more than six months between cuts. Color ranges from a root touchup that covers gray or adjusts the natural base, to highlights around the hairline, and to partial or full highlights and balayage. Color clients who are new to the studio complete a consultation first, either in person or over Zoom.

Clients can work during their appointment, with a laptop stand and snacks and drinks available. Parking is offered in the studio's own lot and on the free street parking out front. The studio sells products from several brands and can have items ready for pickup before a visit, or send clients to affiliate links to buy them.

Booking is handled through the studio's online menu. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and a reschedule made within 7 days of the original appointment carries no fee.
