New clients begin with a 15-minute one-on-one consultation, offered in person or virtually. It can also be arranged by phone or email, and it is not offered on Saturdays. A consultation is required before a first visit, and a client who wants a service the same day books it separately. After the consultation, the salon creates products and an at-home care routine for each new client.

The menu covers relaxer work, including retouches and full virgin relaxers in standard and long lengths, along with silk presses for natural hair and shampoo-and-style visits for relaxed clients. Extensions are offered as partial and full-set Microlink installations, using either micro beading and sewing or an i-tip clamping method, with the salon supplying hair for the i-tip options. Shampoo, conditioning and styling are included with extension services. Classes on color, cut and extension techniques are also available, with each student receiving a class kit and one-on-one sessions offered on Sundays.

Booking opens 30 days ahead, and later dates can be requested by email. Clients who have not been seen by Nita S in three or more months need a new consultation before booking again. Children are welcome only when receiving a service, and no other guests are allowed in the space.

Consultations focus on maintaining and improving hair health while keeping the hair's integrity, and each new client receives products and an at-home routine.
