A visit starts with a free 15-minute skincare consultation, after which treatments are built around each client's skin type, goals and lifestyle. The facial menu runs from a Sensitive Skin Facial and a Clarifying Facial, which includes extractions when indicated and Celluma light therapy, to the GLO2 Oxygen Facial, which combines exfoliation, red light therapy and ultrasound. The Health at Hand Signature Facial pairs a facial with upper body massage, and custom facials can also be booked alongside 30- or 60-minute integrative massage.

Resurfacing and microneedling are offered as multi-session plans. Advanced microneedling uses Rejuvapen NXT TruVertical technology, with a recommended series of three to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart and home care serums included. Microchanneling covers the face and neck and can be done with growth factors. Enzyme and chemical peels can be customized, and discounted series of three to six peels are available on inquiry.
