Healing Nature Skincare launched in 2022 to offer acne-free programs, treatments it describes as acne-safe, and non-comedogenic products. Visits are by appointment only, seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at either of its two Austin locations.

Clients who are new to the business book a New Client Consultation and Treatment first. The 90-minute visit costs $150 and covers skin history, goals, a 60-minute Healing Nature Signature Treatment and a home-care plan. A skin consultation is also recommended before buying products.

The acne programs are built around a bi-weekly schedule, with each visit priced at $95 for the Acne-Free Program or $135 for the Rosacea Relief Program. The Acne-Free Program includes ongoing integrative health support, facials at membership prices, clinical-grade acne products and a home-care routine. Treatments are either a very mild chemical peel or a gentle enzyme treatment, chosen by the esthetician for each client's skin, and extractions of acne lesions can be included about every two weeks. The business says its acne programs clear skin in three to four months and reports a 98% clear rate for them.

The facial menu uses two product lines. The business describes its products and treatments as 100% acne-safe and free of pore-clogging ingredients, and says it does not work with companies that test on animals. Products from brand partners are also sold through its online shop.

Clients who are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding should tell their esthetician, who will provide a list of treatments and products to avoid or to have approved by a physician. The business describes most of its products and treatments as pregnancy safe. Cancellations are handled by phone, and order changes are not possible once an order is placed. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with the order number and photos of the packaging and contents sent by email.

Acne programs look at possible causes including diet, lifestyle, cosmetics, supplements, genetics, gut and hormone imbalances, and household products, and pair professional treatments with a customized home-care routine.
