The La Mer facials are built around the brand's Miracle Broth and include specialized eye care, while the Valmont facials use Swiss skincare with Alpine ingredients and the Skinbolic facials draw on Korean skincare technology. Treatments for acne care, sensitive or reactive skin, eye fatigue and puffiness, and signs of aging are all offered, along with a HydraFacial pore purifying treatment that needs no downtime afterward. BoJing meridian sculpting is an add-on for the eyes or face and is booked with a facial rather than on its own. Body and scalp options include a deep purifying back ritual and a therapist-led head spa treatment.

Sound therapy is part of every treatment, using singing bowls, ambient tones and guided breathing. It is not booked separately and has no separate price, and it is not a medical treatment. Spa facilities include a grand entrance, treatment rooms, a facial chamber, a massage suite and a garden sanctuary.

Clients can book online in six steps: choosing services, staff, date and time, contact details, a review, and payment. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service price applies. The spa is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Treats stress and tension alongside skincare, on the view that skin reflects emotional state. The approach combines emotional balance, skincare science and Eastern healing practices, with the aim of guiding clients back to a calmer, more luminous version of themselves rather than changing them.
