The color menu covers single-process color and root regrowth, bleach and toner for platinum or all-over lightening, and highlights recommended every eight to twelve weeks. Lived-In Blonde is offered for brighter, softer or more blended blondes, and gloss refreshes are available for clients who already have blonde, highlighted or lived-in color. Gloss is included in most blonde services.

Cut services include a wash, cut, blow dry and light smoothing iron work when needed. Curly services include a blended deep treatment and diffuse styling, with a pack of four curly diffuse styles available. Kids' styles, natural twist services, perms and relaxers are also on the menu, and perms are tailored to hair type and the look the client wants.

Treatments include a smoothing Hair Botox service suitable for all hair types including curls, a nourishing treatment with relaxers, a strengthening and hydrating Bond + Balance treatment, a K18 repair treatment and a customized scalp massage.

A consultation is required before any first-time chemical service and before a new client's first color appointment. Consultations cover hair goals, cost, upkeep and home care, and a consultation fee can be applied toward a service booked the same day. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours carry a $50 fee, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service total. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full scheduled service. Clients are asked to let the salon know if they will be more than ten minutes late, since late arrivals may have services shortened or be rescheduled. Clients who are unwell or contagious are asked to reschedule.
