The studio presents non-surgical hair replacement, including hair systems, as an alternative to hair transplant surgery. The studio also helps with insurance claims for hair replacement linked to a health issue, under its own rules: a doctor's prescription for a cranial prosthesis, a completed claim form, and a paid receipt or invoice. Partner organisations include The National Alopecia Areata Foundation, Wigs for Kids, the American Cancer Society and Children with Hair Loss, along with local doctors and hospitals such as CMC and Novant.

Non-surgical hair replacement is the studio's core offering, presented as an alternative to hair transplant surgery. It does not offer laser therapy, topical minoxidil, prescription medications such as Propecia, or hair transplants.
